On time, zero defects and delivering on key client value

The University of Queensland wanted to refurbish two lecture rooms, an interactive and collaborative teaching space as well as an office space to incorporate an individual office, study halls and a reception area which was spread out over two levels. The project comprised of installing blackbutt feature ceilings and walls, light winching systems and customised joinery. The key client value for this project was to ensure forward planning and timely consultation whilst providing value engineering solutions and maintaining stakeholder operations continuity.
