University of Sydney, Jane Foss Russell Building

Certainty of delivery

The University of Sydney wanted to upgrade facilities in the Jane Foss Russell Building for the University’s student programme. For this project to be feasible, it was vital that SHAPE could deliver the project on time and within the nominated rate per square metre.

The university required the project to be completed on time to ensure that their student programme was moved in by end of May 2010. The current student programme premises were the catalyst for other major construction works to commence, so on time completion was vital.
