207 Kent Street, Base Building Upgrade

A timely fitout with minimal disruption

SHAPE was engaged by Cromwell Property Group in the midst of a building upgrade programme. The 207 Kent Street, project was intended to modernise the property following their acquisition in 2012. The project required an extensive refurbishment to the foyer, creation of a new End of Trip Facility, seven levels of amenities, base building a makegood on one level and to strip out three levels. The key client value was to ensure SHAPE had effective communication to ensure tenant business continuity.
