Modern entrance for the current and new tenants 

Investa needed to upgrade 414 La Trobe Street to increase the NABERS and Green Star Ratings, as part of their overall corporate ambition to improve the Green credentials of their property portfolio. The project involved SHAPE  stripping out and refurbishing levels 12-17, upgrading lift lobbies, amenities and floor plates, including replacement of carpets and ceilings. The communal amenities facilities were also comprehensively upgraded to include new water efficient fixtures and provide new bike rack storage and locker facilities.

The entrance lobby was upgraded in high quality finishes including wall panelling, incorporating graphics and featuring timber slat walls and ceilings. New auto doors, energy efficient lighting, upgraded air conditioning and a new retails tenancy were also part of the works.
