National Disability Insurance Agency - Murray Bridge

Room for growth

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) wanted to convert a warehouse into offices for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) at Murray Bridge, Adelaide. The NDIA office would provide a convenient local contact point for children with disabilities and their families. The refurbishment included an open plan office with front of house area, accessible amenities, meeting rooms, a secure server room, and a kitchen and breakout area. Being a Federal Government project there was a high level of physical security required. This included ply lining from above ceiling level to the underside of the roof, and ply linings to walls that were on the perimeter of the building. The building also needed to be compliant with accessibility requirements for the mobility impaired.
