Shared Services

Timely delivery of six projects for ACT Government

SHAPE  was engaged by Shared Services to manage the delivery of six projects for the ACT Government as part of a realignment strategy, involving reorganisation and churn from numerous locations and co-location of business areas. Shared Services was relocated from a tired fitout into a new Canberra city location, with a fitout that included an upgrade to the main entrance lobby, new interview rooms, a conference room, meeting rooms, offices, workspaces and a breakout area.

The timeline was critical on this project, as the end user group needed to be relocated from their existing premises into the new space in line with the Government master programme. SHAPE provided build ability, budgetary and programme advice during this weekly design meetings, and coordinated weekly walkthroughs to allow an opportunity for the client to view progress in line with the proposed programme of works.
